Conveniently located just three miles from downtown, Abel’s on the Lake is a beautiful lakeside escape.  When you host your event at Abel’s you will not have to worry about a thing!  Our event coordinators have an eye for detail and will perfect every element before and during your event.  We can accommodate dj’s, bands, and our advanced audio/visual systems allow you to provide personalized music and video to your guests.

Accommodations
Abel's can accommodate 20 to 1150 people in a variety of seating arrangements. We offer 6 unique areas to provide the perfect space for your event.

• Lower Deck - The lower deck is a laid back environment that offers both a covered area that can be fully enclosed and an outside area to catch some rays.  There are 5 large flat screens that are available for sporting event viewings, presentations or slideshows. There is a full bar in addition to fourteen of our most popular draft beers.
• Upper Deck - The upper deck of Abel’s on the Lake offers the best view on Lake Austin and can accommodate for any occasion.  Private and unique, this space can accommodate up to 225 people.
• Side Deck – The side deck is perfect for a private outdoor event and can accommodate up to 70 people. If you are interested in having an event that allows both an indoor and outdoor area, this spot can be connected with the Inside Bar, which can accommodate an additional 70 people.
• Inside Bar - The upper bar is a cozy stained wood area featuring a fireplace for the colder months, sixty-three draft beers and a full bar. There are 4 large flat screen TVs available for sporting event viewings, presentations or slideshows. If you are interested in having an event that allows both an indoor and outdoor area, this spot can be connected with the Side Deck, which can accommodate an additional 70 people.
• Party Room - Lakeside dining room lined with windows facing Lake Austin and double doors that let the breeze in. TVs are available for sporting event viewings, presentations or slideshows.  This space is perfect for a more private atmosphere and can accommodate up to 75 people.
• Dining area - Our dining room offers a view of Lake Austin with the luxury of air conditioning and a view. There is an 11 foot projector screen available for sport event viewing, presentations or slideshows.  The inside dining can accommodate up to 100 people. If you are interested in having an event inside, but need to accommodate more people we can also use the Inside Bar, which can accommodate an additional 70 people.
