The Caswell House is a beautiful turn-of-the century home conveniently located near the state capitol and the University of Texas. It is the ideal setting for anything from business luncheons, to fundraisers, to receptions. Owned and operated by the Austin Junior Forum, a women's volunteer organization, rates are reasonable and great flexibility exists in food and beverage choices. All proceeds from the rental of the house go back into the community.

The Caswell House is the perfect place for your wedding, reception, business luncheon and more. The house can accomodate up to 200 people for a stand-up reception or 90 for a sit-down dinner. Located at the corner of West Avenue and 15th Street our upstairs boasts an incredible view of the Capitol. We offer flexibility in chosing your own caterer as well as furniture rental with no delivery charge. This gorgeous mansion is also honored on the National Register of Historic Places and recognized as a Texas Historic Landmark.
