Situated among a beautiful forest of Oaks, Cool River Cafe offers five private dining rooms and three social rooms, which are available for private business dinners, meetings, receptions or special celebrations. Each of our rooms deliver a memorable experience with excellent food and quality service in an upscale atmosphere.

Our Longhorn Room offers an elegant dining atmosphere with our stone fireplace, and inviting tables. The Longhorn Room accommodates up to 70 people, and is a warm and unique setting for intimate dinners.

Our entire Royal Room, accommodates up to 175 people, and includes two billiards tables and space for a podium or AV. The large glass windows that span the back wall allow a view of the lovely forest background to enhance atmosphere. This room can be split into two smaller private spaces for more intimate occasions as well accommodate up to 50 in the smaller half and up to 80 in the larger half.

The Cigar and Cognac Lounge is great for any cherished special occasion and can be booked for a private dinner or reception for up to 40 guests. We offer over 300 fine wines, an extensive selection in cognacs and spirits, and an incredible cigar selection.

And don't forget ... Cool River Cafe also has a fabulous Outdoor Patio that boasts an expansive wrap around deck. Our Outdoor Patio adds to the nuances to assure a successful evening at Cool River. The patio can hold up to 100 guests.

Cool River Cafe also offers live music from the areas best bands in our upscale bar beginning at 8:30pm on Thursdays and Fridays and 9:30pm on Saturdays.
